Andrew brings over 30 years of experience in senior finance roles at FD and CFO level, working across private equity-backed, family-owned, and listed businesses.
He has worked in sectors including logistics, food. outsourcing, education, and venture capital.

A founding investor and Partner in Exmoor Capital, Andrew has deep expertise in refinancing, mergers, and profitability improvement.​ He studied Accounting and Finance at the University of Exeter, is an ACA-qualified accountant, and holds a Master’s-level Non-Exec Director Diploma
Andrew is based in Devon, and serves as a Board Trustee of a major healthcare charity.
